HOW PICTURE DAY WORKS

BEFORE
Prior to the event, Champion City Photography will work with the school to create a detailed schedule indicating when each class or group of students should be photographed. This helps minimize disruption to the school day and keeps the process organized.

DURING
Each student receives a personalized QR code card when they arrive at the photo area. This card is scanned at the camera station to link the student’s information and images to their unique online gallery. Students are then photographed, and their photos are available for viewing and purchase online the very next day.

AFTER
The QR code card can be taken home and shared with parents. When scanned, it acts as a direct link to the student’s photo gallery, making it easy for families to access and order their images.
